  • High grade corrosion resistant aluminium slats with a CFC-free foam core for thermal insulation and noise reduction.

EASY-TO-FIT ROLLER SHUTTER GARAGE DOORS
  


Electrically-operated, roller shutter garage doors create extra space inside your garage.  The quiet, vertical operation allows you to park your car up to the door. Press the button on the remote control, drive into your garage and at a second press of the button, the door closes and securely locks. The slim line remote control unit allows you to open your garage door from the comfort and security of your car. 

All doors are available in a choice of low-maintenance, attractive colours.  Every size of garage door opening can be accommodated - from single doors to oversize double doors.  In the event of a power failure, an internal manual override handle allows you to open or close the garage door.

SLATS
Aluminium slats which are insulated with a CFC-free foam core, significantly reduces operating noise and wear while providing excellent insulation enhancement.


GUIDE RAILS
75mm or 90mm deep extruded aluminium guide rails. 90mm guides are supplied as standard on garage doors over 4600mm wide.


REMOTE CONTROL UNIT
The roller garage door utilises the tried and tested remote control unit, which combines a courtesy light with both remote and push button control functions.

 


SECURITY
The innovative comb locking mechanisms are located on each of the shutters head-plates this secures the door automatically every time it closes. A locking collar and bolt are incorporated into the axle. As the door closes, these engage with the lock comb to secure the door, resisting any attempt to lift the door.


SAFETY
This safety device is designed to sense obstructions in the path of the door. In the event that when the door is closing and comes in contact with an obstruction the curtain stops immediately and then returns to the open position. Thus achieving greater safety.


EMERGENCY OVERRIDE
Each electrically operated garage door is powered by a 240V tubular motor. In the event of power loss An internal manual override facility is supplied as standard and comes complete with a detachable winding handle.
