Terms and Conditions for the Service and Maintenance
1. Definitions
1.1. "Service Provider" refers to Arrow Security Shutters Limited, the entity providing service and maintenance for roller shutter doors, gates, barriers and auto doors.
1.2. "Client" refers to the individual or entity availing the services of the Service Provider.
1.3. "Roller Shutter Doors, Gates & Barriers, Auto Doors" refers to the doors or systems covered by the service and maintenance agreement.
2. Service Scope
2.1. The Service Provider agrees to provide routine maintenance and repair services for the Client's roller shutter doors, Gates, barriers and auto doors, as specified in the service agreement.
2.2. The services may include inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs to ensure the proper functioning of each of the products.
3. Service Schedule
3.1. The parties will agree upon a mutually acceptable schedule for service visits.
3.2. The Client agrees to provide necessary access to the roller shutter doors, Gates, barriers and auto doors during scheduled service visits.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement for the provided services.
4.2. Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and due dates, will be outlined in the service agreement.
5. Emergency Repairs
5.1. In the event of an emergency requiring immediate attention, the Client shall notify the Service Provider promptly.
5.2. Emergency repairs may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Service Provider warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
6.2. The warranty period for services will be specified in the service agreement.
7. Liability
7.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the normal wear and tear of any products
7.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the roller shutter doors, gates, barriers and Auto Doors comply with all relevant safety and building codes.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
10.2. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements.
